TRANSACTIONAL SMS TERMS
Erkan & Sullivan, P.C. may provide transactional SMS communications to prospective and current clients who have provided prior express consent through the Firm’s intake process.
These messages may include:
– consultation confirmations and reminders;
– Zoom meeting links;
– client portal access links;
– document and agreement notifications; and
– billing or payment reminders.
The Firm does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
OPT-IN METHOD (STAFF-ASSISTED INTAKE ONLY)
You may opt in to receive transactional SMS messages ONLY through the Firm’s intake process.
During intake, a staff member will:
– read the SMS consent disclosure to you;

– record your consent by selecting the consent checkbox on the intake form on your behalf.

– that message frequency varies;

– that consent is not required to request services.
The Firm maintains records of this consent.
