Welcome to the family.

In 2011, I joined Erkan & Associates, LLC, bringing with me a wealth of experience from a successful career in the corporate world. I earned a degree in international relations with high honors from the Near East University in Cyprus, supported by a full scholarship. Shortly after graduation, I was hired by Tesco, one of the largest retailers in the world, where I managed daily communication between the CEO of Turkish operations, board members, and store managers. 

While I had worked with some of the most talented professionals, the opportunity to work alongside my husband, whose passion for justice and dedication to his clients’ freedom was unmatched, was an exciting new chapter. However, I could never have anticipated just how transformative this experience would be. 

Soon after joining the firm, I realized how little I truly understood about the diverse circumstances that make up the human condition. The stories shared within our office and the lives we touched have taught me that every human life and the dignity that defines it are always worth fighting for. 

When people experience severe stress, their lives can unravel quickly. It is during these trying times that they turn to us for answers, and it is a tremendous responsibility – one that I consider a humbling honor. This drives me to bring our team together to provide comfort, clarity, and relief to our clients. Since communication is often a missing link in legal practice, I became dedicated to bridging that gap.  I’ve assembled a three-person support team committed to delivering clear, compassionate, and timely communication, ensuring our clients are always informed.

My greatest asset is my unwavering commitment to family—both my own and the extended family of clients we serve. For me, family includes my husband, my daughter Ela Masal, and our beloved pets: Dique, Baina, and Moonlight, who you might see playing around the office. It also includes our dedicated team—Murat, Victor, Ryan, Alfredo, and many others who have grown with us.

I’m thrilled to share that my husband has now partnered with Ryan, an experienced and respected attorney with a strong passion for advocating for our clients. This partnership enhances our capability to serve our clients under our new name, Erkan and Sullivan, P.C. Together, we work passionately to support our clients during their most challenging times. My promise to you is simple: I will always listen, provide clear and honest answers, and ensure you are treated with the respect and dignity you deserve.
